1. Who we are

Sanghaya Labs is a software consultancy operating in the Philippines. This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and what rights you have over it. You can reach us at info@sanghaya.org about anything in this document.

2. Information you give us

When you book a walkthrough, we collect the details you enter into the form: your name, work email address, phone number if you give one, company, company size, industry, the system you currently use, the kind of work you need, and any notes you add. We use these only to prepare for and schedule the walkthrough, and to correspond with you about it.

When you submit the form, these details are recorded in our enquiry records before you are taken to the scheduler, so we may follow up even if you do not finish booking a time.

If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence for the same purpose.

3. Information collected automatically

This website does not run advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or third-party analytics. We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, as part of delivering and securing the site. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.

4. Third-party services

We use the following processors, and your information is subject to their privacy policies when it reaches them:

• Calendly: scheduling. When you continue to book a session, the details you entered are passed to Calendly to pre-fill the booking.
• n8n: workflow automation. It receives the details you submit and records them in our enquiry records.
• Vercel: website hosting and delivery, including the server logs described above.
• Google Fonts: typefaces, served from our own domain at build time rather than requested from Google by your browser.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to train machine-learning models.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, or until you ask us to delete it. Where we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons, we retain only what is required.

7. Confidentiality of client information

Information you share during a discovery or consultation session is treated as confidential and is covered by the mutual non-disclosure agreement executed at the end of the first meeting. We do not disclose client business information to third parties without consent.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sanghaya.org.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will contact you directly.
